I'm 22 and I run The Kaizen, an online coaching company that helps people turn skills they already have into profitable businesses. Over 500 students. $1.3M+ in student revenue generated. Built from my bedroom in Manchester.
I found entrepreneurship at 17 through a crumpled copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and a TikTok video. Started with affiliate marketing, tried brand sponsorships, social media management, ran a failed SMMA, and eventually found my lane in coaching people to monetise the skills they already have.
I turned down a £20,000/year estate agent job at 18 because it worked out to £7 an hour. Five years later, The Kaizen does $70-100K a month and I've helped over 500 people build businesses from their existing skill sets.
You don't need to learn a brand new skill from scratch. Most people already have something valuable. They just don't know how to package and sell it properly.
I've done speed runs going from zero to £10K in 37 days using the Skill to Profit framework. Most people spend months planning and never launch. Move fast, learn from real feedback, adjust.
I wasted months trying to copy other people's agency models. It doesn't work. Your business should be built around your skills and experience, not someone else's template.
"Kaizen" is the Japanese word for continuous improvement. Get a little better every day at your craft and your business. That's the whole philosophy.
The Kaizen started as a newsletter about health, wealth and mindset. It grew to 60,000 subscribers before I ever sold anything. Now it's a full coaching and mentorship company with a team of 15+ people, built around one idea: help people turn skills they already have into real businesses.
Our flagship programme takes people from a skill they're being underpaid for to a business they own. Three phases: Learn, Earn, Scale.
Featured across publications and podcasts talking about entrepreneurship, building online businesses and the journey of starting young.
The full story: affiliate marketing at 17, getting shut down by the SEC, turning down a £7/hour job, and eventually building a coaching company with 500+ students.
How we help people take skills they're already being paid for and turn them into businesses worth 3x, 5x, even 10x more.
After coaching over 500 people, the patterns are clear. From the intern who tripled his income to the 60-year-old retiree who started fresh.
